Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.
I wanted to take a moment to send out an agenda for the Start up meeting. I have also attached a map and directions from Mary to the room.
I will leave off the requisite items like old business, Treasurer's report and go right the main items.
1. Vote on Donation to RMHC
2. Raising Annual Dues to $20, due by end of February.
3. Raising Annual Show fee to $20
4. Voting on Officers:

- - Vice President
- - Secretary
- - Treasurer
5. Annual Show Planning
- June 24, 2012, Parkade Center
- - Judges
- - Advertising
- - Sponsors
- - Classes
- - Using safety vests owned by the club
6. Shows we want to attend as a club
- - I think we should pick four to six and then leave other shows up to members
- - I would like to have a recruitment effort at each show
- - I propose one in St. Louis, Kansas City, Jamestown, Hermann and ?
- - I think they should be a mix of short and long drives
7. Sunday Brunch Cruises, 3 hour duration
8. Deleting our club T-shirts
- Going with a polo shirts only
9. MCA insurance for events(FREE) and liability($300). MCA membership - we need ten but more is better and all officers must be members.
We can cover up to ten items if we stay focused so if folks have a couple more please send them to me. If you have ideas for the Sunday cruises please bring those ideas along. I have included a revised membership form that reflects the proposed cost changes. Please consider this an invoice for membership, if the increase does not pass well will collect at the existing rate.
